Library Membership
Students and Staff who are present working or studying in Christ are eligible to become member of this library. If non-member or Christ Alumni want to make a short reference, they shall meet the concerned Library official.
Library Rules & Regulations
- College ID card is compulsory for availing the services of the library.
- Bags and personal belongings must be kept outside the library.
- Using cell phone in the library is strictly prohibited.
- Beverages and Eatables are not allowed inside the library.
- Students at the UG/PG level will be issued a maximum of 3 books and faculty members 5 books.
- A book is issued for 14 days. One extension is allowed, it returned before the due date.
- A book is issued for 14 days. The same can be renewed unless the particular book is not demanded by another person. If the book is overdue, a fine of one rupee per day will be levied until the book is returned.
- Students on receiving the books should check their physical condition, as they are held responsible for any damage found later.
- Learning resources from the reference section will not be issued.
- Reference books, periodicals, and journals must not be taken out of the library.
- Reference books, periodicals, and journals must reshelve.
- Strict silence must be observed in the library.
- All cases of violations of rules will be reported to the principal for suitable action.
- Do not displace the library furniture.
- Borrowers are responsible for the books marked against their names. In case of damage, they shall pay the cost of replacement or binding.
- Loss of books should be reported to the librarian immediately.
- Any book lost or damaged must be replaced with the same or the Latest edition.
- No student shall lend his/her library books to a fellow-student or outsiders.
- Reservation facility is available for books which are in high demand.
- Students should not mark, underline, write, tear or damage the library books.
- Students must obtain no dues certificate after returning the borrowed book and paying all the dues (before the end of the programme).
- Students are encouraged to utilise the e-library resources.

Library Rules & Regulations
- Computers in the library should be used for academic purposes only.
- Changing the settings and display of the computers kept in the library is not permitted.
- Use of personal laptops inside the library is not permitted.
- Readers should not remove/unplug computer cables/connections, network cables and other peripherals/accessories in the library.
- Personal keyboard, mouse, pen-dirve, etc are not allowed inside the library.
- Users must sign in a register before using the computers in the library.
Books returning - Staff (Faculty/Administrative)
Staff are requested to return their book before 30th April every year (to facilitate the process of renewing their membership) so that they can take books for next academic year.
